While in-person training enables faster learning through 3D observation and hands-on corrections, online learning naturally requires more attention from the teacher as well as the student to perfect posture, alignment, and movement.
Through our online training, students cover the Meythari stage of Kalaripayattu while also being introduced to the fundamentals of Kolthari.

The foundation of Kalaripayattu, focused on developing the strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body awareness required for all further practices. Training includes Kalkal (leg conditioning), kicks, Amarchas & jumps, Meipayattu and Chuvadukal.

The stage where students learn to use wooden weapons. Online training includes the first stage of Kolthari, which is long stick rotation.
